Novel dna sequence of beta subunit of human thyroid stimulating hormone

Abstract

PURPOSE:The titled sequence, having a base sequence coding beta type subunit of human thyroid stimulating hormone, usable for preparation of recombinant and giving the human stimulating hormone from microbial cells of a trans formant or culture fluid. CONSTITUTION:A novel DNA sequence coding beta type subunit (hTSHbeta) of a matured human thyroid stimulating hormone constituted of 112 amino acids. Preferably, the DNA sequence contains a DNA sequence coding a peptide of signal sequence constituted of 20 amino acids in at least the N (5') terminal and/or DNA sequence coding 6 hydrophobic amino acid sequences in the COOH (3') terminal. The sequence is capable of coding a polypeptide expressed by the formula.
